The multidisciplinary state enterprise “Nebitmash” of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan offers services in a wide range of turning and milling, as well as forging works.
In the process of turning and milling, various products are made from copper, bronze, brass, aluminum, tool and stainless steel. And modern forging equipment helps prepare these materials for work. Thus, during the forging process, the metal is heated to a temperature of 900-1050 degrees Celsius, becoming soft and suitable for processing.
Forging at the enterprise is carried out in two ways - stamping, in which the metal fills the die, thereby taking the desired shape, and free forging, in which the desired shape is achieved through the blows of special flat strikers.
The company’s specialists also perform such types of work with metal as broaching, bending, upsetting, chopping, punching holes and welding. Modern equipment permits high-precision processing of external and internal cylindrical and conical surfaces, cutting threads, milling grooves, grooves, keys, drilling holes at different angles, reaming, and processing shaped surfaces.
