The “Korean National Holidays” evening is being prepared to be held jointly by the Center for Access to Information on the basis of the Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.
According to the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”, the purpose of the event is to popularize Korean culture in Turkmenistan and strengthen Turkmen-Korean friendship.
Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan will be invited as guests.
Teachers and students studying Korean at the Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages will talk about national Korean holidays. University students prepared a Korean song and dance, and poems in Korean for performance.
The event program also includes performances by athletes involved in the Korean martial art of taekwondo.
Let us remind that the Center for Access to Information on the basis of the Innovation and Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan was created by the Korean National Information Society Agency (NIA).
