President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has determined the construction site of a new center for the “Guneshli” Palace of Childhood and Youth in Ashgabat. The center will be built in one of the picturesque corners of the city in an environmentally friendly environment.
As the Watan information program reported, today during a helicopter flight over Ashgabat and its environs, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of creating conditions for the comprehensive development of the younger generation.
In this context, Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov, who oversees the industrial and construction complex, reported that, in accordance with previously given instructions, the construction of a new complex of the “Guneshli”Palace of Childhood and Youth is planned in Ashgabat.
As the head of state noted, the new center will operate various thematic circles for teaching professional skills, which requires the creation of appropriate conditions that meet modern demands, which should also be taken into account when designing and constructing the facility.
Priority attention should be paid to its proper equipment, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized, instructing the Deputy Prime Minister to announce an international tender for the construction of a new center.
Speaking about the relevance of the outlined tasks in the context of developing labor and creative skills among young people, the head of state noted the need to create appropriate circles and sections in the structure of specialized institutions.
