This morning, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having flown over by helicopter, got acquainted with the progress of work carried out in Ashgabat and its environs. The head of state was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov, who oversees the industrial and construction complex.
As the Watan news program reported, during the flight the head of state observed work at the construction sites of Ashgabat and the city of Arkadag.
It was noted that along with the construction of various facilities in the Turkmen capital, the construction of road and transport infrastructure structures and their improvement is of particular importance. The beauty of Ashgabat is enhanced by modern roads and park areas that promote environmental well-being.
In the western part of the city, in particular, in the areas of the Gurtly and Koshi housing estates, residential buildings with improved apartment layouts were built. In these complexes, much attention is paid to the construction of social facilities.
Then the head of state’s helicopter headed for the western part of Ashgabat. Having familiarized himself from a flight altitude with the pace of construction on the territory of the Byuzmeyin etrap of objects for various purposes, complexes of residential buildings that meet modern requirements, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov focused on the importance of ensuring the high quality of the work performed.
Next, the helicopter of the President of Turkmenistan made a turn over the city of Arkadag, where the second stage of construction of the new city has now started.
As is known, for the further development of the urban economy of the city of Arkadag, the creation of optimal conditions in the field of its organization and management, as well as taking into account the representation of the hakimlik of this city, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On the procedure for resolving issues of the administrative-territorial division of Turkmenistan”, a Resolution was adopted on expanding the territory of the new city.
The head of state noted that appropriate measures should be taken to successfully complete the tasks arising from the document, and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister, together with the relevant structures, to carry out the necessary work.
