The President of Turkmenistan received the head of Çalik Holding

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with the chairman of the board of directors of the Çalik Holding A.Ş group of companies, Ahmet Calik, during a working trip to the Balkan velayat, announced the “Watan” information program.

The current state and prospects for cooperation were discussed at the meeting. The businessman reported on the progress of work at entrusted sites and the fulfillment of previously given instructions.

Expressing gratitude to the head of state for his time, Ahmet Calik noted that his company is rightfully proud of its long-term partnership with Turkmenistan. It is a great honor for the Turkish holding to participate in the implementation of large infrastructure projects that contribute to the progress of the brotherly country.

Having positively assessed the significant contribution of Turkish companies, including Çalik Holding, to the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the country is always open to effective mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

It was noted that the recent official visit of the head of Turkmenistan to Türkiye was an important step in strengthening interstate relations. As Ahmet Calik emphasized, this visit and the joint business forum in Ankara became an incentive for Turkish businessmen to expand cooperation with Turkmenistan.

Commenting on the commissioning of new energy and social facilities, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that this indicates the economic potential of Turkmenistan, the priority of which is the prosperity of the country and improving the well-being of the people.

Stressing that cooperation with Turkmenistan is a great honor for Çalik Holding, Ahmet Calik thanked the head of state for his trust in the implementation of a new project for the construction of a modern power plant. As the businessman assured, Turkish partners will take a responsible approach to fulfilling their obligations.
