Today in Ashgabat, at the exhibition center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the International Exhibition “Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Renaissance Era of a New Age of a Powerful State” was solemnly opened, within the framework of which a scientific conference will also be held.

The large-scale forum was organized to commemorate the Day of Healthcare Workers and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, which has been celebrated in the country on October 10 since 2020.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by members of the Government, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, heads and representatives of ministries and departments, medical research and clinical centers, the Academy of Sciences, public organizations, educational institutions, the media, and healthcare workers of the country.

The Address of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the forum participants was heard with enthusiasm.

“I am confident that this exhibition and scientific conference, as well as cultural events dedicated to the professional holiday of the country’s medical workers, will leave you with an unforgettable impression. The health of the people of independent neutral Turkmenistan, their happy and prosperous life is the main goal of the work we are doing”, - the President noted in his Message.

The large-scale exposition widely features stands of foreign manufacturers of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment and consumables, as well as public organizations involved in promoting the culture of sports and a healthy lifestyle.

The exhibition is an effective platform for product promotion, business development, market research, meetings with specialists from different regions of Turkmenistan and abroad.
