The Islamic Development Bank can finance the construction of international-level cancer centers in the Mary, Balkan and Labap velayats of Turkmenistan. The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was informed about this during a working trip to Ashgabat.
