Last week, a series of seminars for regional entrepreneurs, organized in velayat centers by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Turkmenistan (EBRD), started in Turkmenistan. The seminars are held within the framework of the “Consultations for Small Businesses” program.
The goal of this project is to support entrepreneurs and managers in mastering and developing fundamental financial skills that are critical for sustainable business growth and development.
The project includes seminars for key non-financial and financial managers. As a result of the seminars, company managers will be able to improve their skills in the field of company financial management and use financial analysis tools to make more effective management decisions.
The seminars are organized jointly with the ES Arassa Nusga and the ES EL Enayi, companies providing services in the field of management consulting.
The first series of seminars took place on October 3 and 4 in the city of Mary and aroused great interest among local entrepreneurs. Seminar participants became familiar with the tools and strategies necessary for effective financial management in business and learned practical skills in financial accounting.
During the seminar, modern tools for automated analytics and data-based organization management were reviewed and demonstrated. The integration of these technologies can significantly improve the optimization of business processes and the quality of management decisions.
At the end of the seminar, the trainers offered participants a unique opportunity to conduct a free express diagnostic of their business and review their financial statements. Within the framework of the diagnostics, each company receives a detailed report with recommendations for improving management and financial processes that can be implemented in their company with the support of the “Consulting for Small Businesses” program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Turkmenistan (EBRD).
The next seminars will be held in the cities of Turkmenbashy (October 10 and 11), Dashoguz (October 17 and 18) and Turkmenabat (October 24 and 25). Managers and business owners, as well as financial managers, are invited to participate.
To join the seminars, you must send an appropriate application indicating your full name, company name and position to the email address ovezovat@ebrd.com.
