In Ashgabat, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Vafo Niyatbekzoda met with the Director General of the Agency of Transport and Communications Mammetkhan Chakiev, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in the transport and communications sector. Particular attention was paid to the issues of cargo transportation and establishing air communications between the two countries.
