Today the 11th International Book Exhibition “Book Dushanbe-2023” opened in Tajikistan.

Along with the diplomatic corps accredited in Tajikistan, the Embassy of Turkmenistan presented its stand at the exhibition.

The stand, decorated in the Turkmen national style, invites visitors to familiarize themselves with publications dedicated to the foreign and domestic policies of independent and neutral Turkmenistan, as well as the achievements of the state during the years of independence.

Also, the book stand of Turkmenistan demonstrates fiction, popular science works, periodicals telling about the rich, multifaceted Turkmen culture, history and art.

As part of the book forum, the Embassy of Turkmenistan held a presentation of a special magazine dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tajikistan. The event was attended by leaders and representatives of the Ministry of Culture, the National Library and Museum of Tajikistan, representatives of the diplomatic corps in Dushanbe, as well as students and representatives of the public, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.

The exhibition will continue until October 5.
