On September 27, a solemn parade was held in Ashgabat in honor of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan. It was attended by military personnel from all branches of the country's Armed Forces, as well as mounted units of military and law enforcement agencies.
As it is known, Turkmen horses are the national treasure of the country. They are famous for their agility, beauty and nobility.
This year, a new modern equestrian complex of the country’s military and law enforcement agencies was put into operation in the Ak Bugday etrap.
“The work carried out under the leadership of Hero-Arkadag and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to preserve the purebred of our horses, increase their numbers, increase their glory, causes great pride among Turkmen horsemen”, - says today’s issue of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
It is worth noting that the procession of equestrian units aroused great interest among the spectators, who applauded and greeted the Turkmen horsemen riding on “paradise” horses.
