Today, during the festive parade on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was presented with a light-brown Ahal-Teke horse named Arkaly.
The donated horse, 3 years old, is a descendant of the famous Ahal-Teke horses Melegush and Elvan - the successor of the Garlavach pedigree.
In accordance with the traditions of the Turkmen people, a horse is not just a symbol of strength, courage and beauty. Among the Turkmens, the horse is a symbol of greatness, pride and nobility. A horse presented as a gift represents deep respect and wishes for happiness and success.
