The Tatarstan airline UVT Aero will open regular flights from Kazan to Samarkand, writes Sputnik Uzbekistan with reference to the press service of the Uzbek airport management company Air Marakanda.
Flights will begin operating from September 24 this year on Sundays. Flight time is three hours. Departure from Kazan at 22-35 - arrival in Samarkand at 04-15 (Sunday). Departure from Samarkand at 05-15 - arrival in Kazan at 06-55.
Representatives of Air Marakanda emphasized that the establishment of regular flights between Samarkand and Kazan will help strengthen Uzbek-Russian economic and public ties.
