The results of the work of oil and gas industry enterprises for 8 months were reviewed during the reporting meeting held on Monday in the Central building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan. Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on oil and gas issues Ashirguly Begliyev took part in the meeting.
The meeting was opened by Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov, who oversees the industry.
During the meeting, speeches were made by the State Minister, Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmengas” Maksat Babayev, Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” Guvanch Agajanov, Chairman of the State Corporation “Turkmengeologiya” Gurbangeldy Garlyev, Head of the Department for the Implementation of the TAPI Project Berdyklych Charyev, as well as heads of associations, departments and enterprises of the complex, who reported on the work done and announced tasks for the near future.
Information was presented on the production of oil, gas condensate and liquefied gas in the country, the development of international cooperation, the widespread use of the digital system, intensifying work on the development of the “Galkynysh” gas field, focusing on the construction of the international gas pipeline TAPI, ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of production facilities regardless of weather conditions, increasing oil and gas production rates, accelerating the pace of construction work, as well as in other equally relevant areas.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of constant monitoring of major projects being implemented in the country’s oil and gas complex, the widespread introduction of modern technologies into the industry, timely and high-quality implementation of production plans and the consistent increase in the level of professional training and qualifications of specialists, reports Nebit-Gaz.
