Turkmenistan Airlines has changed the rules for refunding air tickets purchased on the website www.turkmenistanairlines.tm. According to the new policy, refunds are made only on the basis of an application from the passenger (his authorized representative or legal representative).
When returning the ticket, the following amounts will be deducted:
- 25% of the net passenger fare for non-arrival of a passenger on domestic flights;
- 10% of the net passenger fare if the ticket is issued less than 24 hours and no later than 3 hours before departure;
- 25% of the net passenger fare if the ticket is returned less than 3 hours before departure.
Refunds are made within 20 working days after confirmation of the return of the ticket.
The message emphasizes that it is not possible to exchange the purchased ticket online at www.turkmenistanairlines.tm.
Passengers wishing to change the date or time of their flight can contact the airline's contact center to issue a new ticket.
