From November 1, 2023, changes in the technical regulations of the EAEU on the safety of oil prepared for transportation and (or) use will come into force in Kazakhstan, reported the “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” newspaper with reference to KazStandard.

The changes affected the form of the crude oil quality passport - its unified form was approved and new rules for filling it out were established.

Previously, the technical regulations required only the mandatory information that was indicated in the oil quality passport.
