The Screen Actors Guild is about to go on strike again, this time against video game companies, reports Film.ru.
The main demands of the strikers are higher wages and protection from artificial intelligence, because of which actors can lose the opportunity to voice characters and even play roles themselves.
Previously, the leadership of the acting union SAG-AFTRA held negotiations with the largest video game companies, but the negotiations did not lead to anything. The issue of a new strike will be decided by voting.
The second round of overheating with video game makers will be on September 26.
