The Merchant Marine Fleet of Turkmenistan announced a reduction in prices for flights on the Turkmenbashy-Gyzylsuv route from September 1, Orient reports citing the ITF press service.
Prices for tickets for the Charlak ship fell from 20 to 15 manats one way. Passengers can choose a seat in a closed compartment or in the open air.
Tickets for the Rovach ship have been reduced from 25 to 20 manats, and for VIP seats - from 38 to 30 manats one way.
Flights are operated daily at 11:00 and 12:00 from Turkmenbashy and at 13:30 and 14:30 from Gyzylsuv.
Tickets can be purchased at the sea station in Turkmenbashy or on the official website of the merchant marine fleet www.mmf.com.tm.
Gyzylsuv is a small village on the shores of the Caspian Sea with a rich history and traditions. The settlement is known for its legends, one of which is related to the origin of the name "Gyzylsuv". According to legend, in ancient times, the sea water in this place acquired a blood-red hue due to the magical properties of local herbs.
