Scientists in Turkmenistan have developed safe and healthy food semi-finished products

Biotechnology laboratories of the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan have developed natural, safe and healthy food semi-finished products: instant noodles with spices, dry juices, soups, as well as pumpkin and corn flour.

According to IIC, the main feature of the new product is the absence of monosodium glutamate, preservatives and dyes - additives that are present in almost all such semi-finished products.

The products developed by the Center contain only natural products, the combination and interaction of which have been studied in the laboratory.

Natural powdered watermelon and melon concentrates are designed to be added to many foods and preparations, instead of chemical components.

The developed powder acts effectively, is easily absorbed, does not contribute to the development of microflora, and can be used to prepare drinks, juices, baby food, and in pharmaceuticals.

Among the developed dry soups are pea, tomato, vegetable, pumpkin, bean, corn, with herbs, the source notes.
