A FIFA training seminar for Turkmen referees has started in Ashgabat and will continue until August 3.
The training seminar is conducted by FIFA instructor from Malaysia Mohamad Rodzali. He is assisted by local specialists, AFC instructors Allabergen Sapaev and Maksat Seyitkuliyev.
During the training seminar, theoretical and practical classes will be held on the rules of the game of football, refereeing skills, and FIFA standards for physical fitness will be passed.
Theoretical classes of the seminar are held in the conference hall of the “Sport” hotel, practical classes are held at the “Ashgabat” multifunctional stadium. 32 judges representing all velayats of the country take part in the seminar.
It is worth noting that the training seminar is being held in preparation for the resumption of the matches of the championship of Turkmenistan among the clubs of the Major League, the championship of backup squads and the Cup of Turkmenistan-2023.
