A delegation from Tajikistan on Wednesday paid a study visit to the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.
The delegation included representatives of the Office of the President, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the border and customs services of the Republic of Tajikistan, the website of the customs service of Turkmenistan reports.
The guests got acquainted with the administrative building of the State Customs Service, examined the situational center, where centralized control over all customs posts is carried out, visited the museum.
In the department of automation of customs procedures, the delegation members were presented with the work of the ASYCUDA WORLD information system, which has been used since 2020.
The Tajik representatives also visited the International Customs Terminal and the Training Center under the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan.
The visit was organized within the framework of cooperation with the OSCE.
