“Chelsea” midfielder Mason Mount has joined “Manchester United”. The “Red Devils” announced the signing of a long-term contract with the player on their official website, reports Transfermarkt.
The transfer amounted to 64 million euros, which was the third sale in the history of the Londoners.
Mason Mount is a graduate of the “Chelsea” academy, having played for the first team since the 2019/20 season. In total, the 24 years old midfielder has 195 matches for the club, in which he scored 33 goals and 37 assists.
With “Chelsea”, Mount won the 2020/21 Champions League, as well as the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup. The midfielder also has 36 caps for the England national team.
