Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, as part of a working trip to the city of Ashgabat, visited a training center for helicopter pilots, where they tested a modern flight simulator equipped with a digital air navigation system, the Watan information program of the Turkmen television reported.
The cockpit contains a detailed information algorithm of actions for all stages of the flight - from starting the aircraft engines to landing. Thus, pilots have a real opportunity to improve their professional skills and qualifications necessary for domestic and international flights.
After getting acquainted with the capabilities of the training center, the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people visited the building of the government aviation unit of the Turkmen Airlines agency. Here all conditions for work, rest and professional development of workers are created. The head of state and the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty got acquainted with the premises intended for living and recreation.
“The material and technical base of the Turkmen Airlines Agency will continue to be consistently strengthened,” Serdar Berdimuhamedov said.
Having wished the leaders of the transport sector success in their work, the President of the country and the National Leader of the Turkmen people left the place of the event.
