From January to May inclusive, the Turkmen ferries “Berkarar” and “Bagtyyar” carried out 70 flights to Azerbaijan.
According to the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper, the ferries delivered tens of thousands of tons of transit and import cargo in wagons and trucks, including building materials, metal structures, food products, light industry goods, equipment and machinery.
Wagons, trucks and heavy vehicles loaded with transit and domestic cargo are sent in the opposite direction. The export of Turkmenistan includes agricultural products, textile products, polymers and mineral fertilizers of the enterprises of the State Corporation “Turkmenhimiya” and much more.
