In Ashgabat, within the framework of the Week of Russian Cinema and Animation, the premiere screening of the film "Cheburashka" was held. The audience liked the film directed by Dmitry Dyachenko, TASS reports.
The actor dressed as Cheburashka greeted visitors in the lobby of the Berkarar cinema. The fairy-tale eared hero handed out oranges to children, talked and took photos together.
Before the beginning of the screening, Yulia Zaitseva, secretary of the Russian embassy, representative of Rossotrudnichestvo, noted that Russian cinema is very much loved in Turkmenistan.
We remind that, the Days of Russian Cinema and Animation under the brand of Russian Film Festival opened in Turkmenistan on June 9. In the capital's cinemas "Ashgabat" and "Berkarar" the screening will last until June 14.
