From the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care, funds are constantly allocated for various operations on children in the relevant medical institutions of the capital and velayats of Turkmenistan. More than 100 children have already undergone surgical treatment, more than 50 have received medical examinations and are provided with various necessary medical supplies, director of the Information Center of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan Ogulmahri Geldyeva reports on the pages of the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

On the eve of the International Children's Day, at the Scientific and Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health, the International Cardiology Center of the DMMC, Turkmen specialists performed cardiosurgical, orthopedic and neurosurgical operations on 13 small patients from Ashgabat and the velayats of the country. This:

4-month-old Umyt Orakbaev from Dashoguz velayat (neurosurgical operation);
Suleiman Orazmammedov (2 years 10 months) from Ashgabat (orthopedic surgery);
3-year-old Musa Ashirov from Mary velayat (cardiac surgery);
brothers Shatlyk and Agashohrat Agakhalilovs (6 and 15 years old) from Mary velayat (orthopedic operations);
4-year-old Alikhan Annamyradov from Ashgabat (cardiac surgery);
10-year-old Bunyadbek Nurmuradov from Dashoguz velayat (neurosurgical operation);
12-year-old Tumar Makhmudova from Ashgabat (cardiac surgery);
4-year-old Osman Bekmuradov from the city of Ashgabat (orthopedic surgery);
10-year-old Ismail Niyazmuradov from Ashgabat (cardiac surgery);
6-year-old Aisha Khallyyeva from Ashgabat (orthopedic surgery);
5-year-old Begzada Bekmuradov from the city of Ashgabat (cardiac surgery);
3-year-old Merdan Saparbaev from Ashgabat (orthopedic surgery).

According to the director of the Infocenter, the condition of the children after the operation is satisfactory.
