In China, the first 16K TV, created by the Chinese company BOE, is presented, reports Rambler with reference to VideoCardz.
The company's new product, presented by it at Display Week 2023, is the world's first TV with a panel with a resolution of 15360x8640 pixels, or 16K.
The matrix of the new TV has a resolution of 132 megapixels. This is 16 times the resolution of 4K and 64 times the resolution of Full HD.
The company's representatives have not yet announced the cost of the new TV and the timing of its entry into the consumer market.
