The Universal International Exhibition "White City Ashgabat-2023" has opened

Today, the XXII Universal International Exhibition "White City of Ashgabat" opened in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

According to the electronic newspaper "Turkmenistan", members of the Government, representatives of ministries and departments, public organizations, mass media, Turkmen and foreign businessmen took part in the opening ceremony.

The participants of the exhibition listened to the congratulatory address of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

“I am sure that the international exhibition, aimed at popularizing the success of white marble Ashgabat in the world and designed to promote the exchange of experience with foreign partners, will be of great importance for accelerating the work to turn the Turkmen capital into one of the most beautiful and comfortable cities for living on the planet,” noted The President in his Address to the exhibitors.

A festive atmosphere was created in the spacious exhibition halls of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry: music sounded, folk dances were performed, girls in national costumes treated visitors to sweets.

Leading industry enterprises, entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and foreign companies operating in Ashgabat demonstrate their achievements at the stands.

We remind that more than 140 local and foreign companies and organizations take part in this exhibition.

Exhibition stands demonstrate progress in the development of such areas as construction and architecture, energy, processing industry, modernization of urban structures, development of culture, tourism and sports.

The pace of development of these industries is also reflected in the videos, mock-ups, as well as photo collections, special booklets and brochures distributed at the exhibition.

The exhibition will run until May 25.

May 24 - from 10.00 to 18.00;
May 25 - from 10.00 to 17.00.
