Turkmenistan has established strong ties with “KAMAZ” PJSC. Tens of thousands of cars of the Russian auto giant are currently involved in various sectors of the Turkmen economy, reports the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.

The first “KAMAZ” service center was opened in July 2008 in Ashgabat. Similar centers also opened in November 2021 in the city of Turkmenbashi, and in September 2022 in the cities of Mary and Turkmenabat. An opening is planned for 2023 in Dashoguz, which will be the fifth center in Turkmenistan.

Let us remind that at the beginning of 2023, the General Director of “KAMAZ” PJSC Sergey Kogogin said that the company had supplied two electric buses and an ultra-fast charging station for testing in the climate of Turkmenistan.

“KAMAZ” presented these electric buses at an exhibition in Ashgabat, organized during the conference “International transport and transit corridors: interconnection and development”.
