Google on its official website has added the ability to connect authorization without a password in the account, using an access key that can be created and stored on a smartphone or computer.

If a Google passkey is requested, it is authenticated using a fingerprint, account holder's face ID, or screen lock PIN. According to the creators of the method, such an access key is more resistant to phishing and other types of online attacks than regular passwords or one-time access codes via SMS.

The key can be transferred via cloud storage. Created on an iPhone, through a Cloud account, it will be available to the owner on all other Apple devices. If for some reason the owner's own device is not available, it will be possible to enter the account through another one - the system will provide one-time access. If necessary, all access keys can be urgently revoked through your Google account settings.
