Today, the International Conference "International Transport and Transit Corridors: Interconnection and Development" (ITTC-2023) has started in the conference hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
The organizers of the event are the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the agencies "Turkmendemiryollary", "Turkmenavtoulaglary", "Turkmenhowayollary", "Turkmendenizyollary", "Turkmenaragatnashyk", and "Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan" in partnership with the NGO "Turkmen Forum".
For two days, high-ranking representatives of the Government of Turkmenistan, representatives of international organizations, heads of national and international transport companies, and major international financial institutions will take part in the forum.
As part of the plenary session of the forum "International Transport and Logistics: Challenges and Opportunities", the leaders of the transport sector of Turkmenistan, as well as the heads of international and non-governmental organizations in the field of transport, will present their vision of new challenges and opportunities in the current realities.
Trends and prospects for the development of global trade in the context of a rapidly changing economic situation, the role of transport and logistics infrastructure in facilitating and increasing international trade, as well as the role and interaction of interstate cooperation will also be discussed.
The rich business program of ITTC - 2023, in addition to the conference and exhibition, provides for the signing of memorandums and contracts, seminars, round tables, where local and foreign experts will be introduced to modern technological solutions in the field of transport and logistics.
