Taking this opportunity, the head of the Turkmen state expressed his sincere wishes to President Cyril Ramaphosa for good health and happiness, and peace, progress and prosperity to the friendly people of the Republic of South Africa.

Freedom Day in South Africa is celebrated annually on April 27th. It was established in honor of the country's first democratic elections in 1994, which resulted in the victory of Nelson Mandela. This day is considered the Day of the Liberation of the Republic of South Africa from the rule of apartheid - a system of racial segregation implemented in those days by the white minority for decades.

On this day, everyone remembers the man who started the modern history of South Africa. Man with a capital letter, who put an end to the dictatorship and showed that Africans want and can live in a new way. That person was its first President, Nelson Mandella.
