Today, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Deputy Minister Mahri Bashimova met with the head of the Turkmen-Austrian Society, Neda Berger.
The parties emphasized the high level of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Austria, noting the fruitful and effective cooperation established in the field of culture. In this context, the importance of events in which representatives of culture and art of Turkmenistan and Austria take an active part is highlighted.

We remind that the Austrian-Turkmen Society was established on August 18, 2008 in connection with the first official visit of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to Vienna. On June 12, 2013, the Society received an international status in Austria, was accepted as a full member of the "Head Association of all Austrian - International Societies-Pan", which has more than a hundred members.
