The festival of children's football was held in Turkmenabat, reports the official website of the FFT.
It was organized by the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan, the Football Federation of Turkmenistan with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
More than 80 children aged 12 to 14 took part in the festival.
The festival was held at the “Sports Toplumy” stadium in the administrative center of the Lebap velayat. Its football field was divided into several playing sectors, within which each team player had to demonstrate their skills in various competitions. Also on this day, a mini-football tournament was held among the participants.
After the end of the festival, the children were presented with souvenirs and soccer balls.
