The preparation of the national team of Turkmenistan for the World Cup in South Africa is in full swing. On April 7, in Ashgabat, a training meeting between the national team of Bayram Allayarov and hockey players from the Kazan Ak Bars system took place. Turkmenportal correspondent Mahri Muhammedova found out how the match went and what the atmosphere was like in the arena of the Winter Sports Complex.

We remind that from 17 to 23 April, the players of the national team of Turkmenistan will play at the world championship in the third division, where they will face the teams of Luxembourg, Thailand, Taiwan and the hosts of the tournament - South Africa.
The first game of the national team of Turkmenistan will be held on April 17 against the hosts of the championship - the team of South Africa. On April 18, Bayram Allayarov's wards will play with Luxembourg, on April 20 - with Thailand and will end the tournament on April 23 with a match with Taiwan.
All matches will be held at the Ice Station Arena in Cape Town (Western Cape, South Africa). The Ice Station facility was opened in December 2000. The ice rink is the home arena for the teams of the Western Province Hockey Association of South Africa.
