From May 30, the United States will increase fees for processing applications for non-immigrant visas, reports Travel.ru with reference to the decision of the US State Department.
Thus, the fee for issuing a business and tourism visitor visa (categories B1 and B2), a student visa (categories F and M), as well as an exchange visitor visa (category J) will be 185 US dollars, instead of 160. For a work visa (categories H, L, O, P, Q and R) - 205 USD, instead of 190. For an investor visa (category E) - 315 USD, instead of 205.
For some exchange visitors, the visa fee will not change.
In a statement, the US State Department explained that fees for the issuance of non-immigrant visas are determined based on the cost of consular services.
