The men's national basketball team of Turkmenistan 3 × 3 defeated the team of the Kingdom of Tonga in the match of the 2nd round of the qualifying tournament of the Asian Cup-2023.
The meeting of group “B”, held today in Singapore, ended with a score of 19:15 in favor of the Turkmen basketball players.
In the next game, Turkmen athletes will play today with the New Zealand team, which is the leader in the group (41 points). In second place is the Republic of Korea (28 points), in third place is Turkmenistan (27 points), and in last place is Tonga (25 points).
The meeting between Turkmenistan and New Zealand will begin at 16:45 Ashgabat time.
