National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov today took part in the parliamentary elections.
Having voted at the polling station No. 48 of the Kopetdag etrap of the city of Ashgabat, located in the specialized secondary school No. 68 named after Annaniyaz Artyk, Hero-Arkadag answered questions from the media.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that this historic social and political event is being held in accordance with the universally recognized norms of international law and the Constitution of Turkmenistan and wished a successful completion of the elections.
Earlier, we reported that the President of Turkmenistan voted at the Ashgabat polling station No. 48.
