Russia plans to discuss the construction of a route bypassing the Caspian Sea with Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan at the “Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum” forum.
It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
“On May 18, we will hold the Kazan Forum, and we definitely plan to discuss the construction of a highway bypassing the Caspian with our colleagues from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, and perhaps we will sign an agreement”, - the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
The fact that Turkmenistan and Russia are discussing a joint road project - the construction of a highway along the eastern coast of the Caspian Sea became known following the working trip of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Khusnullin to Turkmenistan, the source notes.
