Today, the law of Turkmenistan “On accession to the International Convention on the Harmonized System for the Description and Coding of Goods, adopted in the city of Brussels and amended by the Amendment Protocol” was published.
The Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System was adopted on June 14, 1983 in Brussels and is aimed at promoting international trade, simplifying the collection, comparison and analysis of statistical data. The Convention was amended by the Amendment Protocol of 24 June 1986.
The Law, signed by the President of Turkmenistan on March 16, 2023, can be found on the pages of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
