Today, the Russian airline S7 Airlines operated the first direct regular flight from Moscow to Ashgabat in three years. Now flights in this direction will take place once a week.
Residents of Turkmenistan will be able to fly to Moscow and back on Mondays.
Flight S7 3235 departs from Moscow at 03:05 local time and arrives in Ashgabat at 09:05 local time. The return flight S7 3236 is at 10:05 with an arrival at 12:10.
Flights are operated by Airbus A320 aircraft. Travel time will be 3-4 hours.
We remind that S7 Airlines resumed regular flights to Turkmenistan in October 2022 after an almost two-year break due to the pandemic. Earlier, the airline flew from Moscow only to Turkmenabshi (Balkan region). S7 Airlines was not the first to launch flights to Ashgabat. From January 24, 2023, FlyDubai resumed flights from Dubai to Ashgabat, and Turkish Airlines has been flying to Ashgabat from Istanbul twice a week since December 2022.
Tickets for all S7 Airlines flights can be purchased on the s7.ru website, through iPhone and Android apps, and at all sales offices.
