Hong Kong removed requirements for vaccination certifications for tourists

From February 6, 2023, Hong Kong no longer requires vaccination certificates to enter the region - now it is enough for travelers to have a PCR test done no later than 48 hours before departure or a rapid test no older than 24 hours. Information published on the government website of the special region of China.

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, you need to take a PCR test and log in to the Leave Home Safe application, where a QR code will be generated after receiving the results. Another PCR test is given on the second day of your stay in Hong Kong.

Entry tests will be required for all travelers over the age of three, but those arriving from the mainland or from Macau will not need test results if they have not traveled abroad in the previous 7 days.

The mandatory mask-wearing requirement in Hong Kong remains mandatory for everyone.

There are currently no direct flights from Turkmenistan to China, you can get with connections in Türkiye, Russia or the UAE.
