Turkish Airlines cancelled nearly 240 flights in Istanbul, including 166 international ones, due to forecasted snowfall on February 5. This is reported by the official website of the Turkish Airlines.
Earlier, the Turkish air carrier warned about possible flight cancellations due to severe weather conditions.
TK322 flight, which is sсheduled to arrive on February 4 to the international airport of Ashgabat (Turkmenistan), is still remains on the schedule. According to the data on the official website of the carrier, the flight TK323 scheduled on February 5 from Ashgabat to Istanbul, wasn’t entered the number of the canceled flights.
The company requested passengers to check the status of the flight beforehand, because the number of cancelled departures may increase.
