Three referees from Turkmenistan are taking part in the Referee Seminar of the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA), which is taking place in Tashkent.
Turkmenistan is represented in referee courses by FIFA referees Resul Mammedov, Arslan Goshshanov and Alibek Sapayev.
Within the framework of the referee courses, both theoretical and practical classes are provided.
The participants of the seminar will also pass fitness tests, according to the official website of the FFT.
The Football Association of Central Asia (CAFA) is a division and association within the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) that develops football in Central Asia. Founded on June 10, 2014, officially began functioning on January 9, 2015. It unites the football federations of Afghanistan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
