The exhibition of the Victory Museum “Ice Loop of Stalingrad” will open in Russian Houses in seven CIS countries to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad. The first exposition was presented on January 23 at the Russian House in Tashkent, reports the press-service of the Victory Museum.

“Residents of Astana, Kishinev, Yerevan and Minsk will also be able to get acquainted with the exhibition. Exposition’s online version will be posted on the websites of Russian information and cultural centers in Baku and Bishkek”, says the message on the website of the CIS Execution Committee.

The exposition of the anniversary exhibition presents about 200 digitalized documents, posters, photographs, paintings and frontline sketches. The material told not only about the pace of the Battle of Stalingrad, but also about battle participants.

Let’s remind that earlier during the visit to Turkmenistan, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin thanked Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for his careful attitude to the common history of the two states.

He also recalled that the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad is approaching.
