To apply for a national visa of Türkiye, citizens of Turkmenistan will need more documents from January 3, 2023. The list was replenished with one item, information about this appeared on the official website of Visa center of Türkiye in Ashgabat.
When applying for a visa, now it is mandatory to provide a notarized “Statement of consent”.
The “Statement of consent” must be brought along with other necessary documents when visiting the Visa Center of Türkiye.

Let us remind that in September 2022, Türkiye introduced a visa regime with Turkmenistan. The corresponding Decree was signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
For visa processing of the most common type of visa – a touristic single visa the applicant needs to pay 60 US dollars. The cost of a multiple—entry visa will amount to 190 US dollars, and a single-entry transit visa will amount to 60 US dollars. The service fee for the services of the Gateway International Visa Application Center is 85 US dollars. The tariffs are posted on the official website of the Turkish Visa Center in Ashgabat.
