On the TV channel “Friday!” the show of confectionery records “King of Desserts” with Renat Agzamov continues, in which participants fight for the Agzamov Cup and a cash prize - one million rubles.
Pastry chef Byashim Soltanov from Ashgabat took part in the new edition of the show “King of Desserts”, dedicated to chocolate, who decided to compete for a place in the final and the opportunity to set a sweet world record.
Under the terms of the show, the participants had to complete two tasks - to prepare at least 3 sweets that will show the skill, talent, creativity and love of confectioners for chocolate, and also to make a chocolate sculpture on the theme of myths, legends and mysticism.
Byashim Soltanov is a professional confectioner and artist, he creates incredibly realistic and amazing cakes, and, moreover, Soltanov is sure that cooking is his vocation.
According to Byashim, as a child, his father often joked with him that instead of him fiddling with the dough, it would be better to go to repair cars.
“I don’t know why I liked this job so much, but I always continued to do cooking”, the Ashgabat confectioner admitted.
Soltanov also said that because of his brutality, he looks more like a butcher than a confectioner, but making different pies, chocolates and cakes is what he likes the most.
“I came to the show to show that we also have a lot of talented people in Turkmenistan”, shared a brutal confectioner from Ashgabat.
