Applicants from Turkmenistan will be able to apply for admission to Belarusian institutions of higher education until January 1, 2023, announced the Embassy of Belarus in Ashgabat today.
“The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus permitted to extend until January 1, 2023 the deadline for accepting documents from foreign citizens and stateless persons entering the 2022-2023 academic year to study at higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus”, the Embassy of Belarus said in a statement.

Let us remind that the Belarusian State University is the only university in Belarus included in the Times Higher Education ranking.
In the 2021/2022 academic year, the number of students from Turkmenistan in Belarus amounted to more than 6,6 thousand people.
From December 13, 2022 to March 21, 2023, “Belavia” flights on the Minsk-Turkmenbashi route will be operated every Tuesday. Online tickets for “Belavia” flights can be purchased on the website www.belavia.by, through applications for iOS and Android.
