Turkish Airlines is launching a regular flight from Istanbul to Ashgabat and back, Atavatan Turkmenistan international journal reports.
Flights will be operated twice a week from December 7,2022.
Flights will be operated from Istanbul to Ashgabat on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and from Ashgabat to Istanbul on Thursday and Sundays.
The airplanes from Istanbul (IST) will took off at 21:10 local time, will land in Ashgabat (ASB) Airport on the next day at 02:55. The return flight departs at 03:45, in Istanbul it will be at 05:55, also taking into account the time difference.
Besides, the Turkish Airlines flight program from Istanbul (IST) to Turkmenbashi (KRW) will continue. Flights on the route from Istanbul — Turkmenbashi — Istanbul will be operated twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
The tickets for Turkish Airlines flights can be purchased in all sales offices of the airlines in Türkiye and Turkmenistan (Ashgabat, 1972 str. (Atatürk), 82, “Berkarar” Business Center, 1st floor, block A7-A8).
For the citizens of Turkmenistan for visiting Türkiye visa is required. The cost of single one starts from 60 US dollars, a double one – 120 US dollars.
