Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, addressed the participants of the conference held in Ashgabat within the framework of the International Forum “National Song and Music Art in the Heritage of the Peoples of the World” with a video message.
“The language of music doesn’t need translation. It carries a huge emotional charge, expresses the richness and uniqueness of the national cultural heritage and unites the people of the world in creative communication”, the Minister said.
She also expressed confidence that the international festival and conference, conducted by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, will demonstrate the uniqueness and peculiarity of the art of different peoples, will allow to establish professional contacts and exchange experience.
The head of the Russian cultural sphere wished all participants of the international forum “successful events, bright performances and joy from meetings with art”.
